Astrikos.Ai appoints four senior leaders to drive global growth

Astrikos.Ai has expanded its executive leadership team with the appointment of four senior leaders to key roles as it pursues further global growth.

The company has named Nani Iswara as Head of Operations for North America, Tapabrata Mitra as Senior Vice President of Engineering, Cdr Nikhil Hegde as Senior Vice President, Defense Business, and Ali Sadhik Shaik as Senior Vice President, Product Management and Market Strategy.

Nani Iswara is based in Dallas, Texas, and brings over 30 years of experience in telecommunications, IT, operations, and product development. His professional background includes positions with companies such as Nokia, CompuCom, TCS, Syntap, and most recently, New York Life Insurance.

In his new role at Astrikos.Ai, Nani Iswara will be responsible for shaping the company's operational strategy in North America. His remit covers streamlining workflows, enhancing collaboration between departments, and leading partner contract negotiations. He will also focus on driving sustainable growth and identifying new investment opportunities to support the organisation's market expansion in the region.

Tapabrata Mitra joins Astrikos.Ai's Bangalore operations with more than 20 years of experience leading engineering and building enterprise-grade solutions. His expertise spans cybersecurity areas such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), Cloud Workload Protection (CWP), Cloud-Native Application Protection (CNAP), Identity Management, and Zero Trust protocols. He also has technical knowledge in advanced networking standards like OSPF, BGP, and MPLS. Mitra's track record includes leading the development of enterprise products, particularly in areas connected with AI/ML-driven industrial automation, predictive maintenance, and digital twins. His previous roles include senior leadership positions at CBNITS, Swift Security, Capgemini, and Quick Heal.

Cdr Nikhil Hegde brings more than two decades of leadership experience to his new post as Senior Vice President, Defense Business. Having served as a Naval Officer in the Indian Navy, Cdr Hegde's background covers operations, project management, defence procurement, international collaboration, and various executive roles. He is noted for a collaborative problem-solving approach and experience in leading large teams and developing strategic partnerships internationally.

Ali Sadhik Shaik steps into the role of Senior Vice President, Product Management and Market Strategy. With 20 years of experience in software product management, strategy, and development, his career spans the FinTech, EdTech, RetailTech, EventTech, and Digital Media sectors. Shaik has worked on SaaS products, platforms, and marketplaces, focusing on market intelligence, design thinking, and growth strategies. He has founded companies in the Web3 and digital media space and held leadership roles at Rubick.ai, Wiztales, LetsVenture, and Actiance, among others. His areas of interest include emerging technologies such as Web3, Metaverse, AI, XR, and Blockchain.
