Envoy has appointed Daryle Burt as Chief Revenue Officer and Ras Gill-Boulos as Vice President of Marketing as it looks to support the growing need for data-driven workplace tools that support return-to-office efforts and reduce real estate costs.
The workplace platform provider stated that the additions to its executive team reflect a period of increased demand for analytics-led solutions to help organisations measure and optimise office space—a significant line item for many businesses. Recent trends in return to office have led companies to scrutinise their property portfolios, but according to Envoy, only 46% of leadership teams are actively monitoring the efficacy of their workplaces.
Envoy recently launched its Actionable Analytics product, aimed at arming organisations with real-time insights into space usage and collaboration patterns to better inform resource allocation and cost savings. The company noted that clients such as the Alberta Energy Regulator have been able to save USD $15 million by identifying underused office areas and consolidating leases with the help of its platform.
With the appointment of Daryle Burt and Ras Gill-Boulos, Envoy says it is seeking to broaden its reach and deliver greater value as more businesses adapt to flexible and data-driven workplace management. Larry Gadea, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Envoy, said, "Companies today must rethink how they use their space. Real estate is almost always the second biggest expense, and when managed right, businesses save millions while making work more meaningful for their people. Daryle and Ras bring deep experience in growing teams and scaling go-to-market operations. We're thrilled to have them on board as we build the future of workplace management and especially in our current period of growth."
Daryle Burt joins Envoy following his tenure at AuditBoard, where he oversaw the enterprise revenue strategy, helping scale annual recurring revenue from USD $55 million to USD $270 million ahead of AuditBoard's acquisition by Hg Capital. Burt also played a role in leading growth at Workfront through its acquisition by Adobe. His new remit at Envoy will focus on expanding the business across all customer segments and developing the sales organisation.
Burt commented, "I'm excited to help more companies realize the value Envoy brings—both in operational savings and in creating a better workplace experience. We're building a sales team rooted in accountability, development, and performance—and the opportunity for growth here is massive."
Ras Gill-Boulos will take responsibility for Envoy's global marketing initiatives, having previously held leadership roles at GoodData, Explorium, and Pulse Q&A, the latter acquired by Gartner. Her career began at The Boston Consulting Group, with experience in marketing focused on product launches and brand revitalisation.
Gill-Boulos said, "Envoy is a brand I've trusted and used in previous roles—it just works. What stood out to me was the team, the momentum, and the chance to help companies thrive as they navigate return to office. I'm excited to support this next phase of growth."
Envoy currently serves over 16,000 workplaces worldwide with its platform that connects people, spaces and data. By enabling companies to monitor space usage and occupancy, the firm aims to support organisations in making informed decisions regarding real estate investments and operational resourcing.
