Rosendin adopts co-presidents to drive sector growth
Rosendin Holdings has adopted a co-president leadership model and expanded its senior team as it targets further growth in specialised construction and energy-related markets.
Chief Executive Keith Douglas will share leadership with Presidents Paolo Degrassi and Justin Tinoco. Rosendin described the structure as a collaborative approach designed to bring decision-making closer to customers and employees.
Rosendin Electric operates as an employee-owned electrical contractor in the US. Modular Power Solutions is the group's off-site manufacturing business, providing engineering, product development, integration and turnkey installation services.
Co-president model
Under the new structure, Paolo Degrassi will continue to lead work across Rosendin's established markets, including data centres, semiconductor facilities, commercial developments, healthcare, transportation, and aviation.
Justin Tinoco will lead high-growth initiatives, including major national programmes, energy solutions, data centres, and AI-related work. His remit also encompasses Modular Power Solutions, which Rosendin Holdings owns outright.
Rosendin stated that the operating model is intended to strengthen alignment with customers across various sectors while keeping leaders closely connected to project delivery and workforce priorities. CEO Keith Douglas noted that the approach reflects significant changes and accelerating demand within the electrical construction market.
"This intentional market alignment ensures customers are supported by leaders with deep expertise in their specific markets, while enabling Rosendin to scale safely and efficiently," Douglas said. "As the electrical construction industry continues to accelerate-particularly in specialized sectors-this model allows us to scale alongside our customers while creating meaningful career pathways for our employees and maintaining the standards that define Rosendin."
Growth backdrop
Rosendin said it reached 12,000 team members in 2025 and reported revenue of $5.6 billion. It also cited rankings on Forbes' list of America's Top Private Companies and ENR's Top Specialty Contractors list.
In recent years, demand for electrical and systems work has risen in sectors such as data centres and semiconductor manufacturing, where projects often require large workforces and complex coordination. Growth in energy storage and renewable energy has also increased demand for electrical contractors and related infrastructure suppliers.
Rosendin's project experience spans airports, stadiums and healthcare facilities, and includes renewable energy and battery energy storage system projects.
Internal promotions
Rosendin also expanded its leadership team, promoting several vice presidents to senior vice president: Simon Harkins, Matt Lamb, Cannon McAdoo, Matt Orosz, Scott Risch, Stephanie Roldan and Brandon Stephens.
They join existing Senior Vice Presidents David Elkins and Fred Meeske as part of what Rosendin described as a 15-person leadership team. The company said the expanded group will improve communication and accountability across core operational, financial and people-focused functions.
Degrassi said the co-president structure supports continuity in customer relationships and workforce development.
"Justin and I have worked together for many years to bring our customers the best of Rosendin. We share roots as proud IBEW electricians, and that gives us a unique understanding of teamwork that brings value to our colleagues and our customers," Degrassi said. "As co-presidents, our partnership allows us to maintain continuity in our core markets while supporting the growth and development of our employees."
Tinoco said the approach keeps safety and execution standards central as customer demand shifts in high-growth sectors.
"Paolo and I are electricians at our core. We have firsthand experience with the importance of teamwork and safety in our industry. Our focus on safety as a core value ensures we deliver high-quality work on our customers' most complex and challenging projects," Tinoco said. "As our customers expand rapidly-particularly in emerging and high-growth sectors-this new leadership model allows us to move faster, stay aligned, and respond with precision while maintaining the high standards that define Rosendin."
Rosendin said the expanded leadership team will focus on maintaining consistency in safety, quality and service as it pursues growth across core markets and higher-growth sectors.
